Before placing an order, please obtain a quote from us. Quotes are typically sent on the same business day as the request. Each quote will include the cost of the item, shipping fees, and applicable taxes. Once you agree to the quote, we will provide payment instructions to complete your purchase.

Please be aware that the examples shown on our Structure Examles page and Replacement Parts Examples are just samples. To help us tailor your quote to your needs, please include your budget in your request. This will allow us to work with you more effectively and provide options that fit your requirements.

All items are made on a per-order basis, so lead times can vary. We do not maintain an inventory; every product is crafted specifically after an order is placed.

We use USPS flat rate packaging whenever possible to ensure cost-effective shipping. If an order doesn’t fit into a flat rate box, we will choose the next best shipping method. In all cases, you will only be charged for the actual shipping and packing costs.
