Setup Time

This is the most expensive item, as the cost varies significantly depending on the complexity of the design. Simple designs may only take minutes to create, while intricate designs can require many hours. For instance, our Frunt Stand is an example of a straightforward design, whereas the School model showcases a much more detailed and elaborate design.

Number of Printed Plates

A plate is the surface on which a 3D printer constructs an object layer by layer during the additive manufacturing process. It serves as the foundational base where the initial layer of material is deposited and provides support throughout the printing. Each printed plate in our process can accommodate an area of up to 256 x 256 x 256 mm (10 x 10 x 10 inches).

For example, the Frunt Stand required only a few plates, whereas the School required more than 20 plates due to its complexity

Number of Colors Per Plate

The number of colors used can significantly impact the print time. For example, a simple flat platform (such as a base, subfloor, or floor) might take less than 2 hours to print in a single color. In contrast, printing the same platform with 4 colors could take over 9 hours.

Materials Used

In simple terms, larger models require more material to print.

Print Time

Unfortunately, printing failures can sometimes occur, which may require a printed plate to be redone. While this won’t impact the quoted price, it could affect the delivery time.
