How Custom Orders Work
Five simple steps, from your request to shipment.

Tell Us What You Need
Send photographs, drawings, measurements, or a description of your project. Please include your budget.

We Review Your Project
We review your request, discuss options, and contact you if more information is needed.

Receive Your Quote
We'll quote the project price, usually the same business day. Final shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated by Etsy at checkout.

Approve & Purchase
After you approve the quote, we'll create a dedicated Etsy listing for you to complete your purchase.

We Make & Ship It
We produce your project to order, then package and ship it. Production time varies by project.
From Building to 3D Printed Model

Create CAD Drawings
We develop digital 3D drawings that define the model's shape, proportions, and components.

Prepare the Print Plates
We arrange the model components for 3D printing, taking into account their size and how they will be produced.

Print the Parts
The individual components are 3D printed and prepared for the finished model. Some projects may be supplied in sections for easier shipment.

The Finished Model
Here is the completed Police Station example. Some differences from the original building were deliberate. Final assembly may be left to the customer to reduce shipping and handling costs, depending on the project.
